EMPLOYEE (E) or BUSINESSMAN (B)?
Who Usually Says...
*And why are you late again??!!"--- E or B?
*I'm Sorry sir it's traffic"... E or B?
*sorry baby, can't go home yet, mommy still have lots of paperworks to get done"--- E or B?
*Okay baby, I'm on my way home now, get ready, mommy's gonna bring you to Mcdonald's"--- E or B?
*Yaya, can u pls. get junior's vitamins at the medicine cabinet..,"--- E or B?

"Thank God,my income for this month has greatly increased!"--- E or B?
*My goodness! Everything in the market has increased, yet my salary is still as it is for 5 years now!"--- E or B?

ilan lang sila sa mga Chinese na naging successful dito sa Pinas, some of them didn't even get to finish college.., but try to think of this, most of their employees are FILIPINO and PROFESSIONAL (Degree-holder)!
Aren't we wondering why is this so?
Simply because of this reality----
FILIPINO:
"Anak, mag-aral ka ng mabuti, para pag nakatapos ka, makahanap ka ng magandang TRABAHO."
CHINESE:
"Anak, ikaw aral bute, para pag ikaw tapos aral, ikaw hawak aten NEGOSYO..."
WANNA KNOW MORE ABOUT THIS???
What is the point??? We better change our mind-set, GUYS!
Pinoy’s are very Talented, Knowledgeable and Skillful & Intelligent, and we should never let others BUY our time, talents and skills... Chinese should be our role model, if they can be successful here in the PHILIPPINES, how much more us Filipinos...
If you really want to be successful.. You better START A BUSINESS NOW!!!
Alam mo ba na kahit tricycle driver, siopao & taho vendor, fish vendor, high school graduate, embalmer, security, saleslady, teacher, policeman, OFW at kahit hindi ka pa tapos ng Kolehiyo, ay pwede mo na itong gawin???? habang nag-aaral ka pa lang, or nag trabaho ka..napakaganda kpag may other source of income!

" Hindi Ko Linya Ang Business Na Yan, Manager ako Eh!
I respect your opinion, pero eto lang masasabi ko, kung LINYA-LINYA lang pala ang buhay di:
Wala sanang RNs sa mga Call Center,
Walang TEACHERS na DH (Domestic Helper),
Walang ENGINEERS, DOCTORS or LAWYERS na nag NURSiNG...JUST because of GREENER PASTURES!
So, let us face the reality, Sa panahon ngayon, malaki man o maliit ang kinikita mo, ang tanong, Magkano Ang Natitira Sa Bulsa Mo Every Month pagkatapos ng sahud?
YOU CAN ONLY EITHER:
(a) Earn & spend less than what u earn, or..
(b) Earn MORE THAN what u spend...
As an old saying goes, “Pag maiksi ang kumot, matutong bumaluktot"-- hindi ba mas maganda kung maiksi ang kumot,BUMILI NG BAGO AT MAS MALAKING KUMOT d Wow!
Okay, Kung kuntento ka na sa kung anong meron ka ngayon, it's time to ask yourself, napasaya mo na rin ba ang PAMILYA at mga mahal mo sa buhay?
Just TRY TO REFLECT :)
COME TO THINK OF IT!
REMEMBER;
"If you keep doing what you've always done, you’ll ALWAYS get what you've ALWAYS got... so, if you want something you've NEVER had, you got to do something you've NEVER done!"
Now, this idea may or may not appear NEW to you.. but as I have said, JUST BE LIKE AN EMPTY CUP AND HAVE AN OPEN-MIND and YOU will love and enjoy the result.
HOW TO OVERCOME YOUR FEARS...
Have you experienced being eased into the “friend zone”?
(Ouch!) Have you experienced being rejected by your friends when you offered to sell them your wonderful product? (No sense of gratitude!) Have you experienced being given the cold shoulder when you were trying to propose a bright idea?
(You hurt my feelings!) Even your social media accounts are not immune to rejections, especially when you get “unfriended” or your posts were “unlike.
Rejection is inevitable. It is really a part of life. We got to learn how to live with or it will destroy us. Just like what Miss Columbia said, “Everything happens for a reason.”
That’s right! How? I believe rejection exists because IT IS AN OPPORTUNITY
FOR US TO LEARN.
Maybe you didn’t do something right. Maybe it just was not the right time. Maybe they do not need it at this time. Maybe they just do not see the benefits yet.
Maybe our ideas are good, but we need to always be OBJECTIVE especially in receiving comments about them Sometimes, we get too focused on the details that we miss the whole picture.
Aside from that, IT MAKES YOU STRONGER. Do not lose heart, but instead use this rejection to challenge you to PROVE to yourself that you are capable of accomplishing something.
Just think back to the time before you were rejected. You were not too scared and settled for mediocre. But because you experienced rejection, you are now set on doing YOUR BEST the next time to prove that you can do it.
We can use every experience of rejection as a stepping-stone towards being a BETTER VERSION of ourselves. And most importantly IT REDIRECTS OUR FOCUS TO GOD.
When we do not experience rejection, we may begin to feel overconfident and may end up being self-sufficient, not needing help from anybody.
Rejection reminds us that we really do not have FULL CONTROL of things. Only God does. And when we acknowledge that God is in control, we will be confident in God’s power to help us overcome rejection, no matter how many they are. So get used to it. The purpose of its existence is for us to continue to learn, to become stronger and to put our trust in Him in every circumstances.
THINK! REFLEC! TAPPLY!
What kind of rejection have you experienced lately?
How did you handle it? What have you learned from rejection?
Have you ever experienced the following?
LACK OF FOCUS
LACK OF OWNERSHIP
THINK!
REFLECT! & APPLY..

Kung Gusto Mong Maging Successful Na
Networker!!
Kung Gusto Mong Maging
Successful Na Networker, Sila Ang Tatlong (3)
Dapat Mong Kaibiganin... Sino sila?
Eto na! Excited ka sa bago mong
network marketing business. “Say YES To Success!” Wooooohoooooo! Power!!!

I know masakit maranasan ang ganito,
pagsubok na kakaharapin mo as networker at entrepreneur. You see, successful
Your Prospect: “Eh bat
ganito? Eh bat ganyan? Paano yung ganito? Paano kumita dyan? Ipektibo ba talaga
ang food supplement na yan? Paano yung ganyan? SCAM yata yan eh? Kumita ka na
ba dyan?”...
After 3 months, napansin mo bihira na silang mag log in.
Friend 3: LOW RETENTION - Guess what?
Anong ibig sabihin?

"Treat
Rejections , Objections and Low Retention as a normal part of your business. Treat them as a very
common part of networking businesses".
1. Wag kang malungkot kung ikaw ay marereject:
-
Bakit? Di ba part nga yun ng negosyo
emotionaly attached ka sa business mo and I will guarantee you, konting
Rejection, Objection at Low Retention lang? Tumba ka na/Tapos na ang pangarap
para sa sarili at Pamilya mo!
This post is very straight to the point. Yung ibang upline hindi eto sasabihin
sa inyo.
I want you to know all of this? ... Because I want YOU to be prepared and has a strong direction!

Mga Halimbawa;
1. Para ba sa kinabukasan ng Pamilya mo?
2. Gusto mo bang magkaroon ng Time at Financial Freedom
kasama ang Pamilya mo?
dahilan.

HOW TO OVERCOME YOUR FEARS...
"I know fear is an obstacle for some people, but it’s an
illusion to me.” – Michael Jordan
Everyone knows Michael Jordan. In the world of basketball, he is a living legend, a history maker.
Who would not be amazed at his unique basketball skills, but I particularly admire his courage.
It is no joke to train to be as good as MJ.
There are no shortcuts to the training, discipline, and exercise he does every single day.
He sacrificed a lot to get to the peak of success, and be the legend that he is today.
But more important is the key to his success, and that is his ability to face his fears.
I can imagine that if he did not face his fears early on, then there would not be any Michael Jordan today.
Fear can be self-fulfilling. Sometimes, the only thing holding you back from being successful is the fear of failure.
We tend to create our own ghosts – things that we fear but do not even exist or have not even happened yet.
When we let go of our fears, we are free to be more aggressive and to take full advantage of opportunities that come our way.
But the question is how can we overcome our fears? Here are some of my suggestions:
IDENTIFY
Identify what you are afraid of. List down all your fears.
After you have done this, identify the root cause of these things that you are afraid of.
What are the reasons for being afraid of them? When you know the reason behind your fears, it is time for you to have POSITIVITY.
Always think positive. Whenever you feel afraid, reverse it.
Instead of thinking that something bad might happen, think that something good will come out if this.
If you have a business, instead of thinking that it might lose money, think of how much you can actually gain.If you are in NETWORKING do not think about people who do not JOIN, but what you will do when they JOIN!

Fear is often present in the mind. This is why you need to feed your
mind with positive thoughts to eradicate fear.
ASK
Do not be afraid to ask for help. Find a coach,
a mentor, or a buddy with whom you can talk to about your fears.
Allow that person to encourage you, to feed you with positive thoughts, help you find solutions, give you advice, and even walk with you in your journey.
Oftentimes, we just need someone with us to ease away our fears.
GRATITUDE
Whenever you feel fear, switch to what you are grateful for instead. For example, if you are afraid of speaking in public, just be grateful for the opportunity to communicate in front of many people.
If you are afraid of traveling in an airplane, be grateful that you have the chance to travel and ride on a plane. I know you are getting my point.
More than anything else, whenever you feel afraid, pray. Talk to GOD. Get your courage and strength to overcome your fears from Him.
He has also promised that He will never leave you, nor forsake you. So whatever your fears may be, be assured that He is with you as you face it.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your GOD. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10.

REJECTION is part of LIFE...
I’m sure that at one point or another, we have
experienced rejection in our life. Have you experienced being eased into the “friend zone”?
(Ouch!) Have you experienced being rejected by your friends when you offered to sell them your wonderful product? (No sense of gratitude!) Have you experienced being given the cold shoulder when you were trying to propose a bright idea?

THINK! REFLEC! TAPPLY!
What kind of rejection have you experienced lately?
How did you handle it? What have you learned from rejection?
- If you are rejected introducing/promoting the good OPPORTUNITY to your prospects (neighbors, relatives, friends, officemates?) Say Yes I am rejected! Because that is the indication that you are doing your business. Even traditional business are rejected too. Treat rejections as a rung of your ladder towards your Success.
WHY Do People Give Up!
Have you ever experienced the following?
-
You don’t want to continue just because you experienced a little inconvenience.
-
You don’t want to give it another try just because you were rejected.
-
You want to shift course just because you failed in an exam.
-
You are thinking of resigning from your job just because your boss scolded you.
-
You want to close down your business just because sales have not been
improving.
Why
is it so easy for some people to just give up and throw in the towel?
HERE ARE SOME REASONS:
LACK OF PATIENCE
Nowadays,
we are pampered with what is instant and what is fast.
Emails,
chats, texts, calls, and even researching are all just one click away.
We
are not used to waiting for something anymore.
We
don’t know what it means to anticipate something anymore.
Our
patience meter is very low, and our understanding of others is almost
inexistent. Remember that everything comes with a price. There is always
something in exchange for what you want.
If
you want quality life, then you need to invest time and experience in it.
You
don’t get anything of worth overnight.
LACK OF PREPARATION AND
PLANNING
I
once read of a saying, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail” which is quite
true for me because I believe that once we have a goal, we should begin to
think of the things that we need to prepare and do to achieve that it.
In
other words, you cannot go into battle without a strategy and a sword – the
bigger the dream, the bigger the challenges, you don’t charge without a plan!
Planning
includes learning the process, identifying your strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and alternatives just in case Plan A doesn’t work.
LACK OF DETERMINATION
We
give up because we don’t have the determination or inspiration to keep going
despite the barriers.
When
something is difficult, disheartening, and unbearable, give yourself a break,
but don’t back out.
Keep
in mind that everything worth doing requires hard work that will reap success
in the end. Just hang in there!
There
are two kinds of distraction. One is what you call external distraction like
Facebook, Instagram, Email, or Game Apps.
The
other one is internal distraction, which can be found within ourselves like
worry, fear, anxiety, or unbelief that become reasons for losing our focus.
Lack
of focus can make us give up easily because we are not fully committed to your
goal. Our attention is divided. If we want to get to where we plan to be, don’t
allow distractions to control us – focus and concentrate on ONE thing alone.
“Well, that’s not my
project anyway” “Well, I’m not gonna be the one to answer for that.”
“What’s in it for me?
Why should I put in more effort if I’m not going to gain anything from it?”
Our
downfall is in not giving a task our best shot just because we don’t gain
anything from it.
We
don’t own up to it, therefore we easily give up on it.
This
is wrong. We should learn how to stand up, own, take good care of what we
currently have, And
do whatever it takes to succeed whether it is our project or not.
We
may feel that it is not ours to own up to, but who knows it may be the key to
the success you have been waiting so long for.
Do
you give up easily? What could motivate you to hang on?
Are
you willing to fight for your dreams?
